You don’t need to bring anything but yourself! However, you may find it helpful to enhance your worship experience by bringing any of these items:
Bible: During services we read from the Torah (first five books of the Bible), the Haftarah (from the books of the Nevi’im or Prophets), and the Brit Chadasha (New Testament). Certain scriptures are also referred to during the Drash (sermon). The Bible translation used during services is the Complete Jewish Bible by Dr. David H. Stern.
Head Covering: We do not require that anyone cover their head during services (see our FAQ topic on Head Coverings). However, if you are a man who owns a tallit or kippah, you are welcome to bring them. Likewise, women are welcome to bring their own scarves. Any of these items are also available for visitors to use in our lobby.
